Her attentiveness, knowledge, and kindness are just some of the many wonderful qualities that we so appreciated in her throughout our home-buying experience. We felt safe and confident in Kristen's care, and she always made us feel like we were her only clients, even though I'm sure that was not the case! We will always enthusiastically recommend her professional services to anyone looking for a realtor, but are also happy to say we gained a new friend from the experience as well.

If there were a category beyond excellent, I would have checked that level. During the sale of our house, Kristen effectively dealt with not just the usual potential buyer issues, but a myriad of difficulties with our tenants — including accommodations, scheduling, and the challenges of their communications-that made the effort much more complicated. She was patient and always sought other options to accommodate those difficulties. It was a pleasure; I am certain we enjoyed the experience more than she did! Kristen was always the consummate professional in all of our interactions. She focused on our needs and the best outcome. We could not ask for more.
